Perk's provides quality products and superior service ensuring customer satisfaction.  Our staff consists of experienced, trained individuals that work with you to get exactly what you need for that project at home.

We cater to home owners, but have the ability to effectively handle coporate accounts.  We pride ourselves in that providing personal care no matter who the customer is guarantees a great working relationship.

Our history in the community, goes back more than fifty years. Matured into today's Perks, we offer delivery services, follow-through on warranty issues, and have a well-developed customer service record.

Where We Came From

Rowan Plumbing & Heating was established in the early 1950's. Clayton Perkins owner; offered heating & cooling along with plumbing supplies. His business, originally located on West Main Street, moved several times throughout the years.

At around the time the Highway 32 connector road was being built (1976), Clayton struck ground on what is now known as Perk's, Inc.  Also at this point Service of Morehead was born, taking over the heating & cooling aspects of Mr. Perkins's business.  Towards the end of the 70's Perk's opened, offering literally 3 stories of plumbing, electrical, and many other building supplies.

Clayton's sons, Steve and Joey, took over management of the two businesses, Service and Perk's, respectively.

To this day Perk's is still a family owned operation and still offering the same professional services that Clayton started more than fifty years ago.

Warranties & Returns

Product warranty policies differ from brand-to-brand.  Most often if you experience a defect in a product we can process the warranty in-store and provide a instant solution providing you with minimal inconvenience.  Although we strive to offer solutions to all our customers, when these rare but occasional issues occur, we sometimes are restricted by the manufacteurs wishes.
